The SOA Certification is a mandatory certificate (issued by authorized Certification Bodies) which proves the economic and technical capacity of a company to qualify for the execution of public works contracts for an amount greater than € 150,000.00 and also confirms that the certified subject is in possession of all the requisites necessary for public bargaining.
